Overview
I produce Lavena Wellness’s podcast and help turn each conversation into a steady stream of social media content. The work covers the full production cycle, from recording clean dialogue with Shure MV7+ microphones to delivering polished long-form episodes and short-form reels.
Podcast production
For each recording, I handle the technical production, audio engineering, video editing, and color grading. Episodes are edited and finished in DaVinci Resolve for publication on Lavena Wellness’s YouTube channel.
Social media content
The podcast also serves as a content engine for Lavena’s social platforms. Using OpusClip AI as part of the editing workflow, I identify strong moments from each conversation and develop more than 30 social media reels from a single episode.
This is an ongoing creative partnership, with more podcast episodes and social-first content currently in production.
