Fundraising video
Ma'an Academy
A fundraising video for Ma'an Academy, built from owner interviews and coverage of the kids and their daily programs.
Overview
I produced a fundraising video for Ma’an Academy designed to show what the school actually does and why it matters.
Rather than a narrator explaining the school, I let the work speak for itself: I captured the kids in their daily programs and activities, then interviewed the owners to put the school’s mission and story in their own words. The result is a film that introduces the academy through the people who built it and the students it serves.
Everything was shot on my Panasonic Lumix S5IIX, with a Rode VideoMic Go 2 on-camera for clean, directional interview and event audio. In post I handled the full pipeline in DaVinci Resolve — story edit, audio engineering to clean up and balance the interviews, and color grading to give the footage a consistent, finished look.
